Curriculum

Make the Best Better with Dr. David Jackson, DC – In this lecture given at CalJam 2013 Chiropractic Seminar, Dr. Jackson examines how each doctor must strive to educate not only their clients but their community.  This topic is very important to the animal chiropractor as well. Straight or Mixer, 1895 vs. 2013 with Dr. Micheal Dobbins, DC - In this lecture given at CalJam 2013 Chiropractic Seminar, Dr. Dobbins examines how the differences in lifestyles in the late 1890’s when chiropractic started differ from those today.  These differences help explain why it is difficult for some of our patients to hold an adjustment.  These differences exist in both human and animal patients.   Stand Up for Your Profession with Dr. Ross McDonald, DC - In this lecture given at CalJam 2013 Chiropractic Seminar, Dr. McDonald explains how important it is that we stand up for our profession.  He looks at how the busy successful legal practitioner must take the time to be involved.  His example of how quickly things we take for granted can be made illegal if we do not take the time to stand up and be heard.  He is talking about a subluxation based human chiropractic model that translates into today’s animal chiropractic legal battles going on in many state boards.  Stepping It Up with Dr. Brian Kelly, DC - In this lecture given at the CalJam 2013 Chiropractic Seminar Dr. Kelly looks at major and minor premises that helps explain to the attendee how sometimes faulty reasoning can lead us to faulty outcomes.
