This lecture will use the history of examination to ask the participants to determine just what a diagnosis is. As Dr. O examines the history of usual and customary and the development of diagnostic aids the value of the diagnosis has been altered. How does this effect the way that we practice moving forward in the 21st century? This lecture was previously given at the 2016 AVCA Convention. Motion Palpation Without Using Your Hands with Dr. Bill Ormston looks at ways to identify the vertebral subluxation without using direction motion palpation of the effected vertebral segment. There are some animals that will be sore, tender or just unwilling to have an area of their body palpated multiple times. These tools will give the Animal Chiropractor an advantage in being able to work more efficiently with some of these animals. This lecture was previously given at the 2018 AVCA convention.
